Arturo Nicolayevsky is a founder and the sole manager of the General Partner and the affiliated Advisor and, as such, he is responsible for all trading activities of the Partnership. From October 26, 2012 until September 9, 2016, Mr. Nicolayevsky was associated with Brachot Investments, LLC, (CTA) where he became a CFTC-listed Principal and CFTC-registered Associated Person as of October 26, 2012 and Associate Member of the NFA in the foregoing capacities on March 17, 2015. At Brachot Investments, LLC, Mr. Nicolayevsky was responsible for trading and its management. Brachot Investments, LLC withdrew its membership with NFA on September 9, 2016.

Between June 2016 and August 2016, Mr. Nicolayevsky worked on the organization of Premium 72, LP and its affiliate companies. On July 28, 2016 Mr. Nicolayevsky became a CFTC-listed Principal and on August 9, 2016 CFTC registered Associated Person of both, OPC Advisors, LLC (“the Advisor”) and OPC, LLC (“the General Partner”) and Associate Member of the NFA in the foregoing capacities. As a managing member of the Advisor, Mr. Nicolayevsky supervises and oversees the management of the firm.

Separately, Mr. Nicolayevsky became registered as an Investment Advisor Representative in the State of Texas on: a) for Brachot Investments, LLC from January 12, 2012 until August 9, 2016 and b) for OPC Advisors, LLC as of September 9, 2016.

From September 2004 to August 2011, Mr. Nicolayevsky was associated with 555 Properties, a real estate development firm, located in Houston, Texas. At 555 Properties, he served as a general manager responsible for managing the firm’s $50 million property portfolio. Since August 2007, Mr.

Mr. Nicolayevsky has been an active trader of his personal accounts across various futures and equities markets, creating, developing and testing investment strategies expected to be employed by the Partnership’s Advisor.

From October 26, 2012 until September 9, 2016, Mr. Nicolayevsky was a managing member of the Brachot Investments, LLC, during which time the company maintained a proprietary trading account to create, develop and test in real time trading, the strategies intended to be utilized by the Partnership.  Since June 2016, Mr. Nicolayevsky became managing partner of the Advisor continues to manage his proprietary assets through it.

He is FINRA Series 3 (Commodity Futures Examination) and Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor Law Examination) examination qualified

Mr. Nicolayevsky was born in Mexico City, Mexico. He received a Bachelor of Art from The Juilliard School of Music in 1987, where he specialized in piano; and in 1995, Mr. Nicolayevsky subsequently, obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Houston with a concentration in Finance.

Mr. Nicolayevsky is a firm believer of acquiring a solid technique through discliplined actions, as he was trained at the Juilliard School of Music.   This skill has helped him all his life throughout the many discliplines he has been part of; including, music, trading, investing and lately, bodybuilding.  

Eduardo "Ed" Perez, is a proven and seasoned senior executive with cross-functional expertise in the financial and wealth management industry, investment banking, and private equity. His career in the financial field includes over 20+ years of investment strategy expertise for domestic and international companies, business risk management, investor relations, start-up investing, venture capital, hedge funds, and investment consulting. Ed is a leading Partner in multiple private equity firms, where he has successfully brokered deals and expanded investment portfolios, co-founded several start-up companies, and negotiated with international governments, Fortune 500 companies, and investment firms.

In his current role, as founding member of Premium72, and EVP of Funds & Business Development, Ed oversees business growth, evaluating funds risk assessment, and implementing fundraising strategies. Ed brings his many years in corporate governance and finance experience to this role, along with his ability to identify and secure funding streams. Most importantly, he has exceptional interpersonal skills, in building client relationships, with a natural ability to connect people, forming partnerships, and successfully bridging investment and business growth opportunities.

Since 2009, Ed has been the Co-Founder and Managing Director of DuVal Partners, an Oil & Gas technology investment firm, where he introduced a Pipe Joining Technology product in multiple international markets. Ed led a Joint Venture agreement with international companies, expanding business growth and producing revenue in multiple countries, in the Middle East and Latin America.

From 2004-2008 Ed was the Managing Principal at MXD Financial, a hedge-fund and investment firm specializing in international properties and luxury hotels. Ed negotiated and secured over $55M in commercial resort properties in Mexico. He was also the Co-Founder and Director of Conficasa Mortgage, from 1998-2007. He was credited for the design, execution and international implementation for the first “Cross Border” mortgage bank security loans between Mexico & US. The product successfully expanded to $380M, over 500+ US Broker & Mortgage banks, licensed by Conficasa to originate international loans in US, Canada & Mexico.

From 1997-2002 Ed was Vice President at Breco Holdings, a Private Equity & Venture Capital Investment company, where he managed RX trading and derivatives, with a diverse portfolio in foreign currency investment, analyzing over 300 business plans, successfully leading investor roles in international transactions. Previously, Ed spent over five years at Merrill Lynch, where he oversaw wealth management and investment banking portfolios, specializing in international, private and investment banking. He obtained Series 7, 63, and 3 licenses and was recognized with the Top Producer Award for his international investment work with the Merril Lynch Latin American Division.

Ed holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Rice School of Business, and he also attended North Western Kellogg School of Management for executive education in Venture Capital. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Ed has a son and daughter in college. In his free time he enjoys keeping up with expanding his pilot’s license capabilities, spending time with his family, and traveling with his wife.
